However you send a picture: WhatsApp, email, or printed. It is an ordinary image file, so anything that takes a photo takes this.

Yes. Every card is made at postcard size, 4 by 6 inches, at print quality — the same file works on a screen and at a print shop.

That is the whole idea. You type the greeting, who it is to and who it is from, and anything you want to add — and the card changes as you type, so what you see is what you get. If a line is too long for the design we tell you before you pay.

The price is on the card's own page, next to the button. You pay once, for that card.

The page your link points at stays live, so it is worth bookmarking it when you buy. If you cannot find the email, write to us — the order is on our side and we can send it again.

The file is made the moment you pay, so it cannot be edited afterwards. Write to us if something came out wrong — a name misspelled is worth fixing and we would rather fix it than have you send it.

Yes, and if it is for a mosad or a school write to us first rather than buying them one at a time.

Payment is handled by a secure card processor. Your card number goes to them and never reaches this site — we never see it and could not store it if we wanted to. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

If the card you get differs from the preview you approved, or a paid card never arrives, we fix it or refund you in full. A correct card made from your own words cannot be returned like a stock item — but write to us anyway and we will try to help. The full policy is on the refunds page.
