What you are buying
A personalised greeting card as a digital image file. You choose a design, write your own words into it, and after payment you download the finished file from a link on this site. If you choose the print-and-mail option at checkout, we also print the card and post it to the address you give — see our delivery policy.
The card you see is the card you get
The preview on the buy screen is produced by the same software that makes the final file. If the finished card differs from the preview you saw, that is our fault and we will fix it or refund it.
Your words are yours
We do not claim any right over the names, wishes or messages you type. We store them only to produce your card and to let you download it again later.
The designs are ours
The artwork, borders and lettering remain the property of Card with Heart. You may send, print and share the card you bought as much as you like. You may not resell the design itself or use it as artwork in another product.
Payment
Payment is taken securely by our card processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your full card number is handled by the processor and is never seen or stored by Card with Heart.
Delivery by text message
If you choose to receive your card by text message, you give Card with Heart permission to send you a one-time text with a link to your finished card. It is a single transactional message tied to your order — not marketing, and not a recurring subscription. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Refunds
If the card you receive differs from the preview you approved, or a paid card never arrives, we will fix it or refund you in full. Personalised cards that were delivered correctly cannot otherwise be returned. The full policy, including printed cards, is on our refund policy page.
If something goes wrong
If your payment went through and your card did not arrive, contact us — the order is recorded on our side and we can send it to you.
